Ashley and I couldn't pass this once-every-two-year opportunity without throwing a little fiesta. So we donned our most patriotic get-up, baked some good old American goodies, and turned on the tube. It was fabulous.

In other Olympic news, I was distraught to find out the other day that there is a group of people who hate the Olympics! They are called the Olympic Resistance Network and protested at the opening ceremonies. Well, according to their website, "The Olympics are not about the human spirit and have little to do with athletic excellence." Whaaaaa?!?! These kids must not be watching their daily dose of Olympics commercials. Here are a few of my favorites.
